Why we got into real estate — and why we stayed

PGHomes did not start as a slogan about royalty. It started with a plain gap: too many people in the Federal Capital Territory working, saving, and still not finding a house that felt finished, safe and fairly described.

The early work was residential. Roads that drain. Windows that are not an afterthought. A gate that knows who is coming in. Those are not luxury extras in Abuja. They are the difference between an estate and a cluster of buildings.

We stayed because the same discipline travels. Land banking, for a client who wants capital to work without becoming a landlord. Construction management, for a client who has seen a site stall. Property management, for a building that should still look considered five years after handover.

The line we keep is simple. You are royalty — which, in practice, means we do not talk down, we do not hide the stage of a project, and we do not sell a finish we have not priced. Tomorrow is only useful if it is a house you can get home to.
