General

By accessing PGHomes and placing an order you agree to these terms. They cover the website and communications between you and PGHomes.

PGHomes is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or profit, from use of materials on this site, even if we were advised of the possibility. If use of the materials requires servicing or correction, you assume that cost. We may change prices and the way resources are used.

Licence and restrictions

We grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the website in line with these terms.

You will not license, sell, rent, distribute or commercially exploit the service, nor reverse engineer it, nor remove proprietary notices.

Payment, returns and suggestions

If you join a payment plan you agree to pay the fees then in force. A contract for a service exists when we accept your order by email, SMS or another clear confirmation. You cover third-party fees your bank may charge.

If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will discuss it. We do not pretend every purchase is refundable; the written sale document for a plot or house governs that purchase.

Suggestions you send us may be used without credit or compensation.

Other sites, cookies and changes

Links to other websites are not under our control. Read their terms. Cookies remember that you have been here. They are not essential to every page, but video and saved preferences may depend on them. We do not place personally identifiable information in cookies.

We may suspend or change the service, with or without notice. Updates, patches and new features become part of the service and of these terms. Material changes to the terms get at least 30 days’ notice where we judge the change material. Continuing to use the service after that is agreement.

Liability and the whole agreement

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness, title or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service, and we are not liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages.

These terms plus the privacy policy are the entire agreement. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands. A cause of action related to the service must start within one year of accruing, or it is barred, where that limit is allowed.

We operate from Nigeria. If you access the service from elsewhere you are responsible for local law.

Intellectual property, ideas and errors

The platform and its contents are owned by us or our licensors and protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property law. Do not copy or distribute them without written permission, except as these terms allow.

Ideas, designs or proposals you submit are treated as non-confidential and may be used without compensation.

If a price or detail is wrong because of a typographical error, we may refuse or cancel the order and refund a charge already taken.

Disputes

Except for a claim seeking an injunction about intellectual property, a dispute is any controversy between you and us about the service. Send a notice of dispute to the email below, with your name, contact, the facts and the relief you want. We will try to resolve it informally within 60 days. After that, unresolved disputes are referred to binding arbitration. Either party may seek interim relief from a court to protect rights or property while that runs.
